By using HOLOKEY ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What HOLOKEY Is

HOLOKEY is a privacy-focused, ephemeral communication tool that enables secure, encrypted messaging and file transfer without requiring accounts, phone numbers, or persistent identifiers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

2. What HOLOKEY Is Not

HOLOKEY is not:

• A backup service for your messages or files
• A long-term storage solution
• A replacement for formal identity verification
• A guaranteed method of communication (rooms expire after 60 seconds)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HOLOKEY for:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment, stalking, or threats
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Circumventing rate limits (20 requests/minute per IP)
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

We reserve the right to block IP addresses that violate these terms.

4. Privacy

Your use of HOLOKEY is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy practices.

5. No Warranties

HOLOKEY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all possible attacks. While we use industry-standard encryption, no system is 100% secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLOKEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOLOKEY and Dovewood Capital, LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. All provisions that should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
